Under the leadership of Gina Ross, MFCC, ITI developed a training curriculum and organic cutting-edge tools for Emotional First Aid trainings.

Since 1999, and with years of field experience, we’ve constantly improved the content and delivery of EmotionAid™ tools.  We repeatedly tested these tools on the public, on professionals from various social sectors, in war zones and under various cross-cultural conditions.

EmotionAid is based on the synthesis of what works best in the field, combining several theories and methods of trauma healing, as well as spiritual concepts and movements.
Our EmotionAidcourses and our Stress-Release Toolkit provide tools for self-regulation, for coping with anxiety, extreme stress and traumatic arousal, for the various social sectors we have identified who interface with trauma and events of extreme stress.
